HAF’s Latino Youth in Action Program announces…

Empower Your Voice: Take Charge of Your Path, an interactive fun filled event where Latino Gay, Bisexual and Transgender youth and their allies, ages 15-20 y/o, will convene to share their views on salient issues that affect them (i.e. violence, substance use, homelessness, health, family) and to discuss a plan of action to begin to address these issues through the power of their collective voice and leadership.   Empower Your Voice promises opportunities for serious dialogue, for banter, socialization, fun and games, and prizes.   The event will take place Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 11AM – 5:30PM at a hotel near you.
